Som frivillig i Danmarks Naturfredningsforening har jeg fra d. 10 januar 2024 påtaget mig rollen som formand for lokalforeningen i Ringkøbing-Skjern Kommune. Jeg arbejder for et sundt og rent miljø, for en vildere og mere mangfoldig natur og for et bæredygtigt samfund.

GENERAL INFORMATIONAt Lembeh Resort my main area of responsibility was to ensure that excellent guest services were provided to discerning guests from all over the World. Lembeh Resort is a boutique luxury resort with 140 employees and maximum 40 guests. RESPONSIBILITIESDuring my 4 years at Lembeh Resort i was solely responsible for the management of the restaurant team, reception team, the reservations and marketing team with 9 employees. Additionally I functioned as a “right hand” to the General Manager during the major renovations that we completed during the period of my contract. A team of 20 construction workers were under my occasional supervision.GUEST EXPERIENCE MANAGEMENTMy main responsibility at Lembeh Resort was to ensure that the expectations of our discerning guests were exceeded in every aspect, from greeting the guests at the airport to saying “see you again next time” on the day of departure. I conducted daily meetings with various team-leaders to ensure that our guests would have the best possible experience, from ensuing that the pillows were of a correct thickness to making certain that the food and wine was enjoyed by all. RESERVATIONS & REPUTATION MANAGEMENTI personally oversaw all inquiries from direct bookers, OTA’s and registered agents. I was responsible for the installation and implementation of online booking systems to ensure the highest possible occupancy. In terms of reputation management I maintained our great position as one of the top luxury resorts in Indonesia for the entire duration of my contract. MARKETINGI was responsible for the development of the resorts new website. With Adobe Photoshop I would produce brochures, tradeshow stands and much more. I was deeply involved in the Social Media Marketing campaigns of the company and developed the resorts new marketing strategies together with my team. I travelled extensively thought the World to attend tradeshows in North America, Germany, Sweden and South East Asia.
