We assist our clients with all matters relating to insolvency and restructuring including complicated debt collection proceedings, bankruptcy administration, restructuring pursuant to inter creditor/stand still agreements; and court proceedings concerning insolvency, tort law, finance law and M&A. We are known for our representation of the Danish state in matters relating to bankruptcy and debt collection, but we also represent and advise financial institutions and clients from the private sector. We provide legal advice on digitalisation within the areas of debt collection, taxation, recovery and finance. Common themes are interest calculation, time-barring, order of coverage, payments, data quality and handling of errors. We assist with the development and operation of IT systems. We also advice on matters related to data management. And we seek to bridge the gap between legislation, IT systems, data and business processes. I have the right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court, the Danish High Courts and the Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen, Denmark.
