As Head of Equities at Industriens Pension, I have the overall responsibility of both Listed Equities and Private Equity. TAA is also included in the department, and under my responsibility.At Industriens Pension we have histroically delivered some of the best returns in the industry, and we very much enjoy playing in "Champions League". We do this with by taking ownership of our work, giving people a high degree of freedom and responsibility, finding the right balance between work and personale life. Industriens Pension have one of the strongest track records over the last 10 years, and we very much strive to continue this performance. Total assets under management at Industriens Pension are c. 240bn DKK, of which c.85bn DKK are in listed equities.The Private Equity team is responsible for all our investments and manager selection within Private Equity (Venture and Buy out). The team consists of 4 senior investment managers with a very strong track record. AUM for Private Equity is around 35bn DKK.TAA is run by our strategist and supports the decision-making of the overall allocation tactically and strategically.

Maj Invest (Fondsmæglerselskabet Maj Invest) was founded by LD and FIH Erhvervsbank, and started out with 37 employees from LD, including Morten Rask Nymark. Founded in May 2005, the company Maj Invest has after 10 years grown to be among the largest independent asset management companies in Denmark with around 45 bn. DKK. under asset management .Personally, it has been an exciting challenge and very evolving personally and academically to build up Maj Invest from the beginning, growing it to become one among the largest independent asset management companies in Denmark with domestic and foreign clients.At Maj Invest, I have been managing global portfolios and having the analytical responsibility of covering sectors as Energy, Utilities, Telecom, Industrials, Transportation, Renewables in close cooperation with the team on Danish Equities and the team on Global Equities.
