As Business Controller at Colas Danmark A/S, I am responsible for all regionally (Jutland and Funen) related operational finance tasks. These include month-end and quarterly reconciliation of major accounts related to work-in-progress and regional analysis of operations, internal reporting and reporting to parent company (Excel and Power BI) and development of regional budgets and forecasting. Furthermore, I am involved in regional and national business development through business cases, internal process optimization within all departments through financial insights and robotic process automation with Excel (VBA and PP). Most of the work is carried out in close collaboration with the top management in Denmark and internationally.Due to my expertise with Excel, I have been responsible for compilation and teaching of multiple Excel training courses aimed at groups at various levels within the organization.

Accounting and reconciliation of accounts, management reporting, process optimization within various departments through advanced excel (VBA and PP) and miscellaneous ad-hoc tasks for the CFO.

Management and development of performance management tools, compilation of market- and competition analyses, development of budgets and optimization of budgeting process, asset management and controlling tasks.
