Academic internship on the third semester of the master's program in Manufacturing Technology. Based on this, a report titled "Black-Box Parameter Optimization using Machine Learning" was handed in. As the title suggest, the project involved optimization of a complex robotic solution using different machine learning techniques.

My main tasks in the Global R&D department at Asetek were: - Mechanical design of products and packaging solutions, as well as measuring, assembly and testing jigs. - CAD drawing of assemblies, sub-assemblies and parts. - Technical drawings of assemblies, sub-assemblies and parts using GD&T. - ad hoc tasks.My time at Asetek has provided me with a great deal of experience in working in an engineering department of an international company. Besides being proficient in Solidworks and GD&T, I have gained a great deal of experience in other engineering related activities, such as navigating PDM and filling out ECO's.

My main focus at Cykelgear.dk is to deliver an exceptional experience for each and every customer that I get in touch with, be it via email, chat or on the phone. The areas I get in touch with through this counts both technical service and troubleshooting, as well as general customer service jobs. My efforts have been proven time and time again with positive customer feedback. Other parts of the business I have been focusing on counts establishing a highly skilled suspension service area and video production for a growing Youtube channel with bike related content. The channel features videos on basic and advanced bike service and maintenance, as well as tips and tricks for cyclists. The channel has more than 2.000 subscribers and 1.000.000 views and counting. The videos are also used for marketing on different social media channels such as Facebook, where they prove themselves popular with several thousand views per video.
