Since 2011 I have added competencies in Office 365 and SharePoint as the cloud is a major focus area for Microsoft.During this period and also earlier on I took responsibility for different team roles e.g. leading a CPE (Customer and Partner Experience) initiative for improving the team's customer satisfaction results. By sharing my experience our team results were improved.I was also leading the Partner Roundtable project in the team. We invited a number of partners to face to face whole day meetings with presentations from me and my colleagues and Q&A discussion with the attending partners. It was a great success to connect with partners in this manner.

The position also included delivering live meeting sessions when relevant and also taking part in Microsoft Denmark and international events e.g. Convergence and competitive landscape partner meetings.During 2009 and 2010 I had the honor of being appointed Competency Lead for Dynamics within the EMEA Global Partner Services team. The task was to assemble a virtual European team of Dynamics ERP and CRM people for sharing information in order to ensure faster and better solutions to cases. During daily work I was sparring partner for colleagues and escalation point for Dynamics cases.I was awarded a Gold Star for results achieved during 2009 and 2010 both for my work as Community Lead and my part in delivering the excellent team results achieved during that period.

Dynamics NAV Inventory Costing was an area with a great deal of complex issues at the time which appealed to me. Taking part in customer facing meetings and phone conferences was part of the job for discussing resolutions of critical issues especially when the solutions were not popular.
