Based on an MSc. in Economics (Cand. Oecon) and a semester at West Virginia University, I have 20 years of working experience including the Danish Ministry of Defence two global production companies and one wholesale company. I primarily worked with the following tasks:- Business controller on department level but also on Business Unit level. - Project controller on major project apx. 15 M.Eur. in investment cost.- Portfolio management of R&D projects and Pilot projects – have implemented a stage-gate model - Establishment and streamlining of administrative procedures - Development and implementation of IT tools (ABC reporting, SAP CO, CA Clarity etc.)- Internal reporting - Budgeting, forecasting and monthly follow-up. - Presentation of monthly and annual reporting on a full P&L - Ad hoc cost-benefit analysis and Business casesI like to work with people and take pride in what I do.
