Corporate Banking provides financial solutions to the largest corporates in Denmark. In addition the team has a dedicated focus on the energy- and infrastructure sector as well as ESG ratings advisory.As Associate Director I e.g. handle daily relationship banking tasks and have experience from financing corporates within a wide range of industries with mortgage- and bank loans - bilateral or in syndications. I am also experienced in financing multiple types of renewable- and infrastructure assets, among others: Wind turbines, solar parks, power distribution network and fibre- and telecom network.In addition to daily contact with customers, my primary focus in the role includes:- Credit analysis- and assesments of large danish corporates, which are presented to Credit Comittee, Management Board and Board of Directors.- Analyzing business cases and M&A transactions- Negotiation of loan agreements- Advising on optimal funding- and capital structure- Project management; Cooperation with back office, internal council, credit department, financial risk advisors and valuation team.

Credit analysis of the largest- and most complex corporates in Denmark.The analysis focused on the relevant business risks, financial statement analysis and assesing various risk factors. The analysis also involved assesment of the corporate credit rating based on the internal rating model.In addition, I have i.a. been an internal educator in financial statement analysis and insights, as well as participated in the development of internal credit certification of employees in Nykredit.
