- Developing a framework for the quantitative and qualitative analysis related to the risks in the EU real estate markets, this involved e.g. data management.- Providing an assessment of risks and policies for the real estate markets in a number of EU countries.- Organising work across several countries and institutions and interacting with national authorities.- Presenting the results of the analysis to both the public and national authorities in written as well as verbal formats.- The work resulted in public warnings addressed to the finance ministers in eight EU countries.

- Participating in the production of risk reports and risk dashboards for the Systemic Risk Council.- Analysing financial networks for understanding the mutual exposures among financial institutions.- Analysing effects of financial regulation – intended as well as unintended, e.g. the ability of sector specific risk weights to curb high growth in housing prices.- Member of the EU-wide Analysis Working Group, which provide input on economic risks and financial stability issues for the ESRB.- International coordination/ESRB-coordinator, which include the responsibility for providing answers to hearings on EU regulation and EU-wide risks.- Preparation of the Governors of the central bank prior to meetings.
