At Nykredit I work within Process optimization and Operational Excellence in our KYC (Know Your Customer) and QA department. This is a combination of optimization projects and building the framework. In this job I get to combine my skills within LEAN and Operational Excellence with my strong data and analytics skills.Prior to this I was responsible for building a reporting environment in Power BI and preforming data analysis. My work on reporting involves the whole value chain from extracting data from the data sources to building visualization and having contact and discussions with the end user. A great part of the reports is on the progress and performance of the customer support department and is an enabler to start work on operational excellence.

I worked within Process and Operational Excellence where my main responsibility was to enable data driven analysis and optimization. By combining data from salesforce with data from a legacy fault handling system I made it possible to gain new insight about products, customers and vendors, the information was precented in Power BI reports. These reports gave information about the vendors performance e.g. how many fault they had in the last month, on which product and the fault handling time. In these tasks I were responsible for building the data models, creating the visualizations and talking to the end user to secure products will be used.Based on what insights were needed I gave my input to the development of Salesforce and helped prioritized the development in Salesforce.

I worked on implementing a Power BI at Banedanmark where I was responsible from a POC to implementation, which include developing a data structure and creating visualizations in this work I function as the link between IT and the business.I have a broad background in analysis and reporting. I work in many fields of analysing and optimising: from simple follow up to complex analyses, which include machine learning. A huge part of my work with analysis has been to introduce and develop our work with LEAN Six Sigma.• BI:Implementation of Power BI in Banedanmark, creating visualizations for operations, develop a new web based reporting (before Power BI), setting requirements for the data delivery from our new signaling system.• LEAN Six Sigma:My own LEAN Six Sigma (LSS) projects, Black Belt for other Green Belt projects, assure use of the LSS toolbox in everyday work and guidance in relations to the use of statistics and LSS “like” problems. • Process and business development:New concept for infrastructure maintenance, sounding board for the development of Value Stream Board meetings, development of breakthrough goals, develop and secure the organisation to be data-driven and ensure customer focus in the operations. Design and implementation of a LEAN Six Sigma organisation at Banedanmark.• Guidance and partner for discussion:Mentor and partner for discussion for new employees, host at the graduate programme and sounding board for colleagues.• Other:Development of KPI’s, memorandums for the management and ministry, ensure the desirable data quality and business sense and overview of our data.
