Venaris was established in 2020 by an experienced group of partners, who joined forces to build a value-based company, derived from a burning desire to help clients, candidates, and employees pursue and unleash their full potential. Embodying this story, our name Venaris is a conjugation of the latin word Venor that means: to pursue, to hunt, or to seek. We are specialized in a selected number of industries with dedicated partners and executive search consultants, enabling us to challenge and advise our clients and candidates. With our common goal to excel in candidate and client excellence, we always work with each other and not for each other. Together, we adhere to maintain the perfect balance between our determination in all phases of our executive search process, while never compromising our fundamental belief that prosperous work arises in an environment of honesty, curiosity, and inclusion.
