Prior to joining the executive search industry, Morten served as Officer in the Danish Army (Army Logistics and Military Police) and took part in the NATO peacekeeping missions in Bosnia and Kosovo. Morten holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Organization & Strategy) from Copenhagen Business School. He is married and the happy father of four children.
