About me:I help organisations, and people change. I am passionate about individual change and believe that talent and human capital are the most significant levers for organisational productivity. I, therefore, advice, train, coach and work with national and international organisations with a primary focus on people, performance and culture. I believe we have an incomplete understanding of what it takes to make a change. There are simply too many of us who try and fail. This incomplete understanding is based on four incorrect assumptions; 1) We think changing is easy, 2) We believe that information and knowledge are enough, 3) We believe that motivation lasts longer than it does and 4) We think we understand the root cause of our fear of change. My way of working is characterised by having worked in corporate finance in London for 11 years and also being a trained psychologist and having worked with managing the people side in organisations as an external consultant for 11 years - a strong combination of 'soft' and 'hard'. I hold an MSc in Psychology, a B.A. in Business Administration and have passed the IIMR (CFA equivalent).My mission: To make CHRO as important as CFO.Sounds interesting?
