With over 25 years of experience in leadership, sales, marketing, strategy and operations, I am a digitaltransformation and acceleration leader who drives growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction.In the beginning of 2024, i took on the role as the CEO of Techstep ASA, a mobile and circular technology company , with the most dedicated, competent and talented people in the industry, serving our customers out of the Nordics and Poland.Prior to Techstep, I spent the last 10 years at Microsoft, holding several positions at the leadership team of Microsoft Norway and Western Europe. The last position I held was as the Director of Marketing & Operations (COO) and Deputy General Manager for Microsoft Norway, with responsibility across operational, technical, cultural and business aspects of the company, as well as the strategic partnerships and alliances with public and private sector organizations.My core competencies include digital and AI transformations, accelerating growth, building strong leadership teams, driving change, and inspire and motive organizations.I have a strong passion for all aspects of diversity. inclusion and accessibility, both as an organization and how we can deliver this for customers and stakeholders.
