Overall commercial responsibility for Great Place to Work Denmark heading up a team of commercial consultants selling and delivering workplace culture surveys, analysis and advisory. Responsible for Marketing team and budget. Responsible for building consultative skills as well as increasing sales through stronger value proposition and a new emphasis on digital marketing.Co-Leadership of the transition towards becoming a truly SaaS-enabled business including, but not limited to, roll-out of new online survey and reporting platform and subsequent redesign of most internal processes and active leadership of building a stronger customer centric mindset throughout the team.

Dual role position working both as Global Project Leader and as HR Business Partner. Member of AAK extended Leadership Team since 2011.- Defined, conceptualised, co-designed and executed a 10 mSEK ‘AAK Global Sales Training Programme’ for approx. 400 Sales Leaders, Sales Reps and Application Managers based on a ‘Creating Customer Value’ approach. - Led the development of a new common global template and process for the annual ‘Performance & Development Plan’ (PDP). Defined and oversaw development of web-based PDP system - Defined, developed and executed the ‘AAK Trainee Program’ attracting and accelerating highly talented university graduates with technical background to commercial positions. - End to end implementation of the Great Place To Work Employee Engagement Survey in AAK. HR Business Partner for HQ functions (CFO, CMO, CTO) and on request ‘Europe’ and ‘Asia’ regions providing executive HR Partnering on Recruitment, Talent and Performance Management, C&B, Organisational and Leadership Development etc.- HR track-lead on acquisition and integration of Turkish Unipro from Unilever (2013), the European ‘Oils and fats business’ from CSM (2014) and Indian Kamani Oil Industries (2015).

Responsible for all HR activities and initiatives as well as for the IT section and the Reception desk. Leadership responsibility for 3 people. Responsible for cutting own overhead budgets by 20% and for coaching managers to cut O&A budgets by 10%.

2007 – 2010 : HR Partner, Maersk TankersGlobally HR responsible for two commercial segments and Technical Management including consulting and coaching senior and middle managers on employee/leadership issues.From mid 2008 to autumn 2009, besides the above, part of the team planning and executing the Broström acquisition covering locations in Denmark, France, Norway, Singapore and Sweden. 2005 – 2007: HR Consultant, Headquarters HRResponsible for Recruitment and HR Operations for Group Accounting, Group Finance and Group Internal Audit departments. Overall responsible for recruitment of finance and accounting professionals in Copenhagen.
