My key responsibilities for this role were:- Working closely with the design and management team to create a seamless shopping experience- Developing the e-commerce website including a custom product configurator to handle the my design process- Developing the back-office that manages internal business processes such as order management, logistics planning, inventory management and supplier management- Project management in terms of managing the tech roadmap and launch in new markets- Scaling the platform and infrastructure from 2 countries to 11 countries- Assisting the team in opening new showrooms- Managing IT resources- Hiring new employees for the tech team

I developed SaaS products for local sports clubs to handle their website and subscription payments.
