Finance Manager
CurrentResponsible for managing the daily financial operations at HiFi Klubben, Europe’s largest HiFi equipment group, with a presence in six countries: Denmark, Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany, and Finland. The position plays a central role in developing and strengthening the group’s financial framework, with a focus on optimizing internal processes, implementing rigorous financial controls, and ensuring the consolidation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS standards.Key responsibilities include overseeing budget management, preparing detailed financial reports, ensuring statutory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, managing cash flow, and coordinating audits with external auditors. Additionally, tasked with driving financial strategy to support business growth and operational efficiency.Led the comprehensive implementation and ongoing development of the financial functions within the ERP system, Business Central. This project has resulted in a substantial transformation of the group’s financial infrastructure, significantly streamlining operations, enhancing reporting accuracy, and improving overall financial visibility across the organization. The continuous improvement of these systems has enabled better decision-making and strengthened the financial oversight of the business.
