I have worked as a development manager / CTO for more than 15+ years and still finds it as interesting as day one. I’ve got many gray hairs as a consequence of being in the driver’s seat, but I’ve gained experience in technology evaluation / implementation, strategic planning, staff management, stakeholder meetings, hands on development and the ability to change organizations through better software products.Currently I’ve got my own software company where the goal is to change the way retailers are doing business. It’s quite a challenge to try to change a whole industry…. but ok, if it was easy, someone else had probably done it;)Previously I worked as a development manager for 8 years in a leading software company in Scandinavia within the POS business. In this period, we managed to transform the company into a very profitable company and more than a tenfold increase in recurring revenue. I’ve exited this company to pursue the dream of an own company.Personally, I’m always up for a challenge and that is what drives me both in working and personal life.
