As Embedded Application Team Leader, I had 4 team members to lead, coach and write/share their performance appraisals.However, I was also in charge of several project during this time frame:- I led part of the effort of the multiport product release.- I led the takeover of a product in bad shape and led the effort to bring this product to a good quality product.- I led all the Transit Recorder releases since the takeover.- I contributed in the RSDE redaction for canadian tax credits.- I took part of the development effort (C/C++) for both multiport encoder and the transit recorder.- Implement encoder webserver and web page using GoogleAPI in Java, Javascript, HTML &CSS
