I am a seasoned, charismatic, and dedicated professional with proven experience and a track record of success as an educational and organizational leader. I'm well versed in the principles and practices of milieu therapy and counseling techniques such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Therapy, and Reality Therapy/Choice Theory. As an executive manager/supervisor I believe the principles associated with milieu therapy transcend therapeutic settings and contribute to workplace and educational cultures that maximize the potential for all within them to find happiness and success.
