• Customer business investigation and analysis, writing Investigation Report and prepare for system solution designing• System function design, and write Business Blueprint• System function configuration• User training and examining• Support and maintenance during project trial-run • Delivery project documentation • Prepare and archive internal documentation• Cooperate with project manager to complete project implementation planing and maintenance customer relationship• Assist Product Management to improve product and resolve Bug

• Understand customer’s requirement about SCM/Logistics and communicate with them, and it is to make a reasonable assumption according to industry when key information is limited or lack• Analyze customer data, including order data, inventory data etc.• Based on customer’s requirement and analysis result, design warehouse requirement plan, including space, storage equipment, handling area, material flow, material handling equipment, human resource, IT & security requirement, office requirement etc.• Raise miscellaneous optional solutions, and discuss with relevant departments, such as Procurement, HR, IT etc. and analyze feasibility, SWOT, costing of options to achieve the best competitive solution and price• Show the solution in PPT, and assist BD to present our solution to customer• Explain the solution and planning details to Implementation and Operation colleagues• Implement the solution with Implementation together, including Warehouse decoration, Staff hiring, Equipment procurement and installation, WMS function requirement and location and inventory initialization, and make SOP, WI, Daily report format, KPI formation etc.

• Understand customer’s logistics requirement fully from RFQ/RFI and communication with customer• Analyze customer’s data, including transportation and warehousing data• Based on customer’s logistics requirement and data analysis result, design logistics processes, equipment, human resources, layout etc. then realize the final solution• Make proposal with BD using PPT, Word, Visio, CAD etc. and provide price and profit & loss using Excel, then present proposal to customer• During implementation phase, hand over project proposal to Implementation Manager and assist PM to procure equipment and also train operation team• According to proposal, make SOP and WI with PM and operation team together
