Bob founded Proven Fitness Solutions, LLC in 2017 to commercially launch SmartSquat, a stand-on exercise board that stabilizes your body weight into the arch-to-heel of your foot when exercising, forcing maximum engagement of the targeted glutes, leg and core muscles. Bob was a Vice President, Strategic Accounts at Masergy Communications, Inc., responsible for developing a new partnership with the GE Healthcare - Centricity Partnership Program.
