Assist the Operations Team with project coordination and project management tasks. Dispatch drivers to loads, order permits and pilots for oversize freight project loads. Create load configuration drawings for Sales and Operations. Draft Route Surveys, Route Feasibility Studies, Traffic Management Plans for our client's requests.

Work closely with the Sales Department to determine load estimates. These estimates are based on the size/weight/complexity of load(s), equipment availability, truck and trailer configuration needed, and if necessary, calculate the costs associated with pilot car requirements and estimate state/provincial/city/county permit costs for the route.Create load and trailer configuration diagrams for the Operations Department.Provide detailed Route Survey documents and Transportation Management Plans (TMPs) for our customers based on information gathered by company supervisors. Help out in the office with general IT solutions.I assisted with the development and design with a new bill of lading for our company.

Order over-dimensional/over-weight permits across Canada and USA. Order BC Ferry crossing tickets for drivers and equipment, project management duties, invoice preparation, coordination with police escorts for oversize loads, Axon Transportation/Invoicing system, convert Axon reports into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for load tracking, customer updating and invoicing requirements.Trained two new employees for the Permit Department, as I was promoted to Junior Load Estimator for the company.
