Dr Moruf O Yusuf has his PhD degree from the prestigious apex university in Malaysia - Universiti Sains Malaysia (University of Science) - after completing his MSc and BSc degrees from Civil Engineering Departments of King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (Saudi Arabia) and University of Ibadan (Nigeria), respectively. He has practised structural engineering and managed civil Engineering projects in several capacities as a project manager, cost consultant and structural engineer, Some of these project include:-Construction of engineering building (Building #68), two 5-storeys car parking buildings (Building #71 and #72) -Engineering laboratory building (Building #75) at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM). -Development of a special mix for the concrete used in the construction of cylindrical reservoir with raft circular foundation of 1.5 m depth.-Construction of asphaltic road within the campus. He has published several articles on concrete materials and technology to his credit. He is also currently serving as a reviewer for Elsevier journals (Journals of Materials & Design (Q1), Construction & Building Materials (Q1)), Journal of Advanced Concrete Technology (JACT) and Springer (RILEM): (Journal of Materials & Structures (Q1)), and ASCE Journal of Materials in Civil Engineering among others.Furthermore, Dr Yusuf is in research collaboration with top-ranking universities like University of Malaya (UM), Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), and King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) in the area of concrete research and geopolymer/alkaline binder synthesis.His experiences are recognized through the acquisition of several certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP), Certified Cost Professionals (AACEI-CCP), Certified Professional Engineer with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE), and Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).Moruf Olalekan Yusuf, PhD, PMP,CCP,COREN, MNSE
