Hi there. I'm an author living and working in Scotland. On leaving school, I attended art college, then I trained as a staff nurse. I have worked in hospitals for over 30 years and specialise in aesthetics. This has given me a lot of people skills and has helped me create a lot of my characters.I have always enjoyed writing and have an adult fiction book, "My Life's a Drag", available through Amazon. I wrote it through my experiences of domestic abuse and also through my own love of make-up. It is psychological and serious, but the drag queen characters give it a lot of humour.I also have a children's book, available through Amazon and it is aimed at 8-12 year olds. It covers the anguish a child suffers through divorcing parents and also provides education about tree preservation.I am currently working on 2 adult fiction books and another children's fiction book.I really hope LinkIn can help me to promote my writing.
