In addition to more than 9 years working as an US Business immigration attorney, Ms. Claire boasts over 10 years of professional experience at firms devoted to immigration law practice prior to law school. Her areas of focus primarily includes employment-based cases, but she also has experience with family-based sponsorship and naturalization. More specifically, Ms. Claire possesses extensive experience processing H, L, E, TN and other non-immigrant visas, including running H1B Cap programs for clients. She also has several years of experience managing PERM, I-140, I-485, AC21 green card port cases, and other permanent residence-related processes. Currently, she focuses on clients' H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, and other NIV types, and advising clients on the numerous issues related to visa status and labor compliance matters. She particularly shows leadership with regards to developing responses to government Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and appeals. She is constantly reviewing and analyzing the latest developments in immigration, labor, and compliance rules, policies, and mandates. Ms. Claire prides herself on building excellent client relationships and producing exceptional work products.Ms. Claire graduated from CUNY School of Law in Queens, NY in May 2014. She is admitted to practice and in good standing in New York State, and is a Certified Foreign Legal Consultant in Ontario, Canada. In addition, she is a licensed barrister and solicitor with the Law Society of Ontario. Ms. Claire also holds a Master's degree in Legal Studies from Carleton University (Ottawa, Canada), and a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies from the New School for Social Research (New York, NY).
