In addition to more than 9 years working as an US Business immigration attorney, Ms. Claire boasts over 10 years of professional experience at firms devoted to immigration law practice prior to law school. Her areas of focus primarily includes employment-based cases, but she also has experience with family-based sponsorship and naturalization. More specifically, Ms. Claire possesses extensive experience processing H, L, E, TN and other non-immigrant visas, including running H1B Cap programs for clients. She also has several years of experience managing PERM, I-140, I-485, AC21 green card port cases, and other permanent residence-related processes.
