• Produced IAF maintenance work plans to depot centers in Israel, Europe and the U.S.A. on a monthly basis.
• Applied and developed inventory models for peace and war times, provided statistical analysis of strategic demand plans, including what-if-scenario modeling and decision support of different demand plan option.

• Responsible for managing the annual & perennial work plan for the Air Force Flight Testing Center
• Determining KPI’s of compliance to the work plans, characterization and implementation of local decision making tools for the high organizational management
• Leading organization work and improving methods and processes for the squadron, offering professional advice to squadron management
