At the age of 18, I chose to quit university because I believe that teaching contents in Iran’s education system are not aligned with my goals and personality. Therefore, I concentrate to build my personal skills such as, management, negotiation, programming, and English language. It is easy for me to create and lead a team for I have had this ability since I was so young. Although, academic knowledge is crucial for working in a large scale. Therefore, I took various courses in related fields to boost myexpertise. The priority, I believe, is discipline when you want to work with a group, following by ability to communicate effectively. Challenges makes me feel alive and solving them makes me satisfy like nothing else. This is the main reason I prefer to work professionally in management field.
