Teacher in Service Program is one of IEEE educational activities programs. TISP program aims to reduce the gap between school students and engineering, applied science and mathematics concepts to provide hands-on activities that contains designing, building, solving problems related to the mentioned fields with simple objects to work with and innovative thinking that students have at their age.As a certified TISP trainer and volunteer we applied this program in 5 schools here in Jordan and one for the pre-university educators. The results were unexpected as the students succeeded with innovative ways to solve the problems and they surely enjoyed their time learning.
