#Corporate_Operations• Developing and implementing a plan for corporate communications and external relations, as well as driving advocacy communication.• Responsible for dealing with many governments’ regulatory authorities (BSTI, BIWTA, BEZA) and the company secretary about licenses, testing reports, and regulatory documentation.• Develop and prepare a daily business intelligence report for the trading of wheat and wheat-based products based on market research.• Coordinate the sales, manufacturing, planning, and warehousing teams and conduct regular follow-up in order to remove production and delivery bottlenecks and maintain a continuous product supply.• Coordination with the supply chain team for row materials or machinery, as well as efficient delivery monitoring. #Factory_Operations: • Identification of production process in order to simplify operations and increase worker productivity.• Daily, monthly, and annual production planning.• Systematic manufacturing process development utilizing IE tools and techniques. Work on 5S, waste reduction and Kaizen.• Production and Quality Observation.• Analyze the relationship between the use of lean tools and supply chain operational performance.
