My responsibilities include: • Conducting Legal Research: Performing comprehensive research on corporate regulations, compliance, and case law to assist in case preparation and strategy development. • Drafting Legal Documents: Assisting in the preparation and review of petitions, legal notice, power of attorney, contracts, expert report and other legal documents to ensure clarity and compliance with relevant laws. • Case Preparation: Supporting lawyers in legal research, generating chronology and notes of submission and preparing materials for court hearings and trials. • Court Observation: Attending court proceedings to gain insights into litigation practices and courtroom procedures, enhancing my practical understanding of the legal process. • Collaboration: Working alongside lawyers and legal staff to support ongoing corporate transactions and litigation efforts, contributing to a collaborative legal environment.This internship provides invaluable hands-on experience in corporate law and litigation, preparing me for a successful career in the legal profession.
