Communication in the pre-development stage in web development is usually very intensive comprising lot of questions and clarifications to thrive in a team.

- Research, design and implement scalable applications for information identification, extraction, analysis, retrieval and indexing.- Design software screen while remaining focused on client needs.- Collaborate closely with other team members to plan and bring robust solutions.- Support the teams in making the recommended changes, including helping to resolve any issues.- Interface with developers and technical support to determine optimal specifications.- Performing quality assurance on software applications with the tight deadlines.- Ensuring that development team understands what they are supposed to build for clients.- Training provided to non-IT clients thereby guiding them towards technology area.- Coaching and training given to new joiners.- Assist users when encountering application and system problems, or any incident that is disrupting the application service, where the systems are live.

FUNCTIONAL TESTER/APPLICATION SUPPORT- Perform testing activity: test plan, test scenarios, test conditions, test scripts, test execution to verify the quality and functionality of software- Planning of the tests is done for each cycle and monitors the process of fixing bugs thereby ensuring the success of corrections. Follow up project and taking decisions on testing solutions as required- Understanding new requirement & Designing Functional specification: validated by client before move on to development phase- Application Maintenance: providing assistance (functional) to client and answering to all queries and new demand,- Involved in communication on a daily basis with international clients related to their queries and working towards fulfilling their new requirements. - Guiding and coaching the subordinates in the work flow, trained new joiners on testing. - Planning junior work and their time management while monitoring their performances during execution.
