I, Captain Mosayed joined Bangladesh Navy on 01 Jan 1989 and was commissioned on 01 July 1991 in the Executive Branch. I am a TAS (Torpedo Anti-Submarine) specialist officer, attended Junior Staff Course in Italy, Defense Services Command and Staff College Course at Mirpur and Armed Forces War Course at NDC, Dhaka and Harp Academy, Istanbul, Turkey. I have obtained Masters in Development Studies (MDS) from the National University Dhaka, Diploma in Security Management Studies and Joint Operations from Turkish Armed Forces War Colleges and completed M Phil (Part-I) from Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP). I also attended Leadership Course, Post Graduate Diploma on Project Planning, Development & Management Course, International Diploma in Supply Chain Management and Maritime Domain Awareness Course conducted by Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Military Institute of Science & Technology (MIST), DCCI Business Institute in coordination with International Trade Centre (ITC)-UNCTAD/WTO Geneva and US Coast Guard respectively. After serving almost 36 years in Military, I just retired as Captain of Bangladesh Navy. I have 32+ years of experience in Command, Instructional, Maritime Operations, Security, surveillance and Staff duties. In addition to my service experiences, I am a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. I am comfortable working alone or as part of a team, in Organizing, Guiding and Conducting regular briefings, seminars, workshops and delegation Visits. I have the ability to effectively manage a variety of tasks simultaneously, and I am also adept at following procedures and protocols.
