Since young age i consider my self hard-working, polite, and armed with enough willingness to achieve my objectives. I always have been a social person who could come close and understand other individuals.With all that in mind I chose to study Tourism and Hospitality management. Through my years of studies I came in touch with the Human Resources Management lecture and it grew really fast on me. I sence that the art of HRM is something that I would love to work with and evolve through it. Hence I started to study for HRM my self. Setting my self higher goals and career paths I march towards them having always as a compass in my mind, that we should try to plan and predict our next move, but we always have to be ready and adaptive to make the best of any new outcome.
