A strong motivated youth focused individual striving to make a difference in the employment industry. Achieved my Bachelor's Of Arts Degree in Sociology from York University in 2015. The degree was bridged over from my college diploma of Social Service Work at Centennial College attained in 2012. After graduating school, I initially got my first job in the field as an Employment Engagement Worker at the Boys & Girls Club of East Scarborough. After that, I worked for VPI Working Solutions under Employment Ontario as a Resource Specialist for 2 years. Currently I am working for ICTC as an Employment and Coaching Coordinator. Throughout all of my work experience in the field, I have attained a lot of valuable skills and assets over my 3+ years. Skills attained over that time were: communication skills, organizational skills, leadership skills, time management skills, data entry and persuasion/negotiating with employers.
