Moses joined Deloitte as part of the Infinity X-Graduate Programme in January 2023. He chose consulting since it allowed him to collaborate with people from different disciplines, learn on the job, and be a part of a bigger network assisting clients with their difficulties.He understands that there is more to people than just being logical and analytical problem solvers. He is therefore able to maintain a balance between following a well-thought out process to achieve objectives, while simultaneously engaging with people on an emotional level without compromising the outcome of the project. Having grown up in a highly disadvantaged school and community himself, he is a keen contributor to improving the way education is delivered in such schools and communities.Moses is interested in process design & optimization, coding and upscaling of projects. Studying chemical engineering equipped him with the skills to be an efficient problem solver as he is able to divide large problems into small, manageable and easily understood parts. By offering practical and relevant answers to the concerns of underprivileged people, he hopes to contribute to addressing socioeconomic problems people face and overall bettering their standard of living.
