I was in a supervisory role for our full time staff, confirming that day-to-day work activities were executed accuratley. I also lead a team of Air Force Reservists in this.

I supported aircraft maintenance by providing serviceable Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) for aircraft mechanics. I did this by driving a heavy duty vehicle on an active flight line, conducting service inspections to ensure safe/proper operation of the AGE and had been assigned as supervisor of this work center.I also managed the work center's Hazardous.

I provided first class customer service to a group of golf enthusiasts at a private country club. I ensured that their golfing experience was enjoyable and worry free.I was also assigned to the Greenskeeping Department where I maintained the functionality and aesthetics of the golf course.

I provided legal resources and information to San Francisco State University students. If the resources didn't resolve their issue I would schedule a time for the student to meet with our resident Attorney. This Attorney also conducted weekly classes for the staff of this office where we would learn various legal principles.
