I ensured that Air Force members at Travis AFB received proper training for their particular career fields and that the training was documented in accordance with Air Force regulations. I was in a supervisory role for our full time staff, confirming that day-to-day work activities were executed accuratley. I also lead a team of Air Force Reservists in this work center by delegating responsibilities/duties, training them, conducting performance feedbacks and drafting bi-annual performance reports.Additionally, I was the primary Education Services point of contact for Travis AFB Reserve personnel. I helped members fulfill their education goals and assist them with securing education benefits that they are entitled to.

Work activities supported multiple projects/programs and contributed to one or more organizational units and major subdivisions - such as: Business Travel policy, Awards adminsitration, Physical Access systems, on-boarding/exits, Mass Transit and Fleet Management & Procurement Provided advice and guidance to employees, timekeepers, supervisors, financial management specialists, and human resource specialists on rules, regulations, and procedures relating to pay, including unusual situations where the guidelines require considerable interpretation and/or research of past precedents. Trained staff to enter time-card data. Certifying time-cards and corrections each pay period and conducting random audits, to include the most difficult payroll issues.

I supported aircraft maintenance by providing serviceable Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) for aircraft mechanics. I did this by driving a heavy duty vehicle on an active flight line, conducting service inspections to ensure safe/proper operation of the AGE and had been assigned as supervisor of this work center.I also managed the work center's Hazardous Materials (HazMat) and Technical Order (TO) programs. I ensured that all HazMat produced in our work center was contained and disposed of in accordance with Air Force and OSHA standards. I was responsible for maintaining the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) to inform technicians on Personal Protective Equipment needed for job safety. TOs are used to prevent injury and to ensure that equipment is maintained and repaired correctly. I was in charge on keeping these documents accurate.

I provided first class customer service to a group of golf enthusiasts at a private country club. I ensured that their golfing experience was enjoyable and worry free.I was also assigned to the Greenskeeping Department where I maintained the functionality and aesthetics of the golf course.

I provided legal resources and information to San Francisco State University students. If the resources didn't resolve their issue I would schedule a time for the student to meet with our resident Attorney. This Attorney also conducted weekly classes for the staff of this office where we would learn various legal principles.
