I am a self-motivated, optimistic and creative individual with a passion for taking on new challenges and driving positive change. I believe we live in a world without limits, and my greatest strength lies in inspiring generations while living each moment to the fullest.My pursuit of Aviation Management has not only made me a curious and adventurous student but also equipped me with a strong skillset in crisis management, leadership, and organizational efficiency. During my time at university, I took on multiple leadership roles, including serving as the Organizing Secretary for aviation students, where I gained valuable insights into ethical leadership and team management. I’m also the founder of Golden Spark Detergents, a business that manufactures and supplies detergents in Nairobi and Eldoret. My passion for business was sparked by an eight-month experience working as a bakery attendant after high school, where I learned the value of risk-taking and efficiency in business.In addition to my entrepreneurial journey, I’ve had the honor of chairing the Moi University Career Summit on 1st March 2024, an event that brought together leaders from the business, political and corporate sectors to inspire and empower the next generation of professionals. I also work on providing innovative solutions, such as the WASTRACK initiative, an idea aimed at revolutionizing waste management in Kenya through technology-driven, sustainable solutions.My biggest aspiration is to travel the world, take on new challenges and continue to inspire generations through leadership, innovation and excellence. I live by four guiding principles: humility, prudence, gentleness and tolerance, which shape both my personal and professional journey.
