I Provided individual counseling for a caseload of 22 students, focusing on academic and socio-emotional issues. Lead sessions, totaling seventeen students, using tier one and tier two interventions. Facilitated conflict resolution mediations to foster learning, build trust, respect, and peer connections while reducing classroom conflict, discipline issues, and negative peer relations. I also Tracked student progress by connecting data through google forms. Lead academic and social support student success skills group. I contacted parents to update on students’ academic progress and attendance.

Provided one-on-one instructional and behavioral support to students with disabilities in all academic and related areas. Assisted teachers with preparation of classroom materials such as copying, laminating, filing and computer work. I also chaperoned student field trips and attended district-provided training and professional development as directed

Supported an ethnically diverse student caseload of 23 at-risk students. Worked one-on-one with students to monitor academic progress. Oversaw the day-to-day operations of the Deans’ Office by working with the Center for Student Success to troubleshoot and answer students’ questions concerning majors, classes, forms, and other Seaver College related concerns.
