Baram Metering Allocation Upgrade Project (EPCC)

• Preparing and developing Workpack for Riser Maintenance for Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd for Riser Maintenance (RM) Offshore Execution• To monitor and carry out the scope of work for Pipeline Riser Maintenance activity and organize the offshore crew in handling and managing the work activities• Liaise with clients regarding any amendments or issues with workpack and activities in offshore• To brief and present the scope of work to the general supervisor and key personnel on the work given and to be executed in offshore with its given work execution methodology.• To provide the required materials and equipment details with the material coordinator and request for any needed specified items for any compulsory execution• To compile out the close out report after a complete offshore work execution• To keep track of the logistics of materials and transportation movement throughout the entire project execution• To monitor and improve the quality and execution of the project – in order to meet the deadlines with great results and exceed the expectations• To analyse the cost and profit of the project which is vital for the company’s economy revenue throughout the year• To advice the team to prioritize the importance of safety at the work space and to prevent any unwanted incidents which may affect the crew and everyone around them• To be focus on simultaneous projects which are on-going concurrently and manage the time and attention in order to bring the best results and safe execution throughout the entire project – with assertiveness and cost effective• To tackle problems which may arise from other parties/sources and figure out the issue with various solutions while thinking thoroughly to improve the quality and result of the work• To liaise with relevant departments regarding issues pertaining to project cost, material delivery, QA/QC, procedures and safety aspect

- Familiarization with Sarawak and Sabah Oil and Gas Platform including the overall Oil and Gas operation in Shell Malaysia Exploration Production (SMEP)- To assist CSR at offshore to monitor progress, verifying materials and compiling supportive documents in an event of incident- To verify and making sure the entire Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS) requirement checklist is complied with before the start of new projects and obtain approval from Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) for proceeding with the work for SIMOPS - To review the work packs for each project and ensuring a good understanding of the work scope beforehand which will be carried out and the requirements for it in terms of materials, manpower and procedures- Involved in SSP cascading for presentation towards the Operation Team regarding the objectives, work requirements and purpose to be carried out during the campaign visit at the platform- Monitoring the progress for each project by reviewing, checking and analysing Job Card Summary, Performance Monitoring Report as well as visiting the sites- Having good understanding of P&ID, GA and ISO drawings and to familiarize with the work and procedures involved- Managing and handling the construction crews and vendors during offshore campaign- To understand the isolation of spading and/or de-spading of the sumps before starting of hot work by working together with the Field Engineer - To be aware and respond to any emergency situations in offshore and act accordingly such as Emergency Mustering Drill as per MME Awareness Course- To attend weekly barge inspection such as Hygiene Inspection and take readings for Diesel Fuel availability and consumptions- To review and revise on the Permit to Work (PTW) and Job Hazard Assessment (JHA) for every activities

• Main role is being the focal point in marine for E6 Project offshore crew change activity while coordinating and managing logistical of the marine activity• To observe the daily passenger check-in activity at the wharf (Misarma) ensuring they meet the safety procedures and specification for safe operation before boarding the Fast Crew Boat (FCB) • To catalogue the Spare Parts for the materials in E6 Project in the SAP• Familiarize with Simultaneous Operation (SIMOPS) with E6 Project• Learning about the fundamentals for Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and the management for Permit To Work (PTW) when working for E6 Project• To confirm with the carried out of hot work with Habitat in order to be executed safely with the reference to habitat requirements and management procedure• Packaging and transporting materials from office/workplace to the wharf• Preparing Consignment of Goods (COG) for duty marine approval and wharf duty crew reference• To ensure the compliance and safety for all material loading out operation at the jetty• To ensure all the crew change to comply with the Health Declaration Form and Pre-Alcohol Test before heading out to offshore• Good understanding the Isometric and Engineering Drawings in the E6 Project Workpack.• Good knowledge of the Isolation Philosophy & Plan whilst familiarising the Site-Specific Procedure of the Materials and Commissioning of the E6 Project
