I conduct:1.Detailed and precise analysis (thermal, Chemical and Mechanical analysis) of all the materials involve in the processof production of Color coating of zinc coil to determine if suitable to use, treat or change.2.both raw materials and finished products are also analyzed time to time to determine the standard of the product before passing on to the next stage.b.Production OfficerI also work in another department where I’m actively involved in all the process of production of PolyUrethane (PU) Coating rollers which are fabrication & machining, Corrosion surface preparation, adhesive coating, casting, curing, and polishing1.Production of PU Coating rollers following established quality control procedures and ensuring adherence to production standards and requirements.2.Continuously monitoring of roller performance during operation (within the Continuous Coating Line (CCL)) through routine inspections.3.Proactively identifying and addressing potential production issues related to PU rollers, implementing corrective actions to maintain consistent quality and production efficiency.
