Dr Moses Oruaze Dickson is a Lawyer by training, an entrepreneur and author by vocation and a philanthropist by passion.He is the founder and managing Solicitor, Triax Solicitors-a niche expertise law firm that majors in Commercial law. He is also the Chairman Board of Directors, Solalina Investment - a proprietary investment company with interest in oil and gas, construction, agriculture, transportation and media.Moses is known for his significant contribution to entrepreneurship development for young people in his state and the country as well as deep academic investment and contributions to knowledge. In 2017, the Solalina Investment partnered with the Canterbury Christ Church University, United Kingdom on a £4000 funded research project on International investment agreements and economic development in Africa and improving trade within the continent.He served as the senior special adviser on special duties to the Governor of Bayelsa state and in 2012 founded the GoldCoast Developmental Foundation, which is committed to enhancing the livelihood and capacity of young people through its key impact investment and program areas in health, education as well as driving and supporting policies that promote youth development. In the past 10 years, the organization has touched about 8,000 lives cutting across various age groups within the Niger Delta . From the above figures, 3,798 were women, 2,228 were children and 1,974 were men.Since its inception, the Foundation has worked to support the health and educational challenges of so many in the Niger Delta region. It has earned awards for its empowerment projects, jointly with the Red Cross, Bayelsa State Government and The Nigerian Air Force.Moses is a graduate of Law at the Niger Delta University, Wilberforce Island, Bayelsa State and has 3 Masters honors ranging from law to finance. They include; International commercial law from University of Bedfordshire, Financial Services Management from the University of Salford, Business law from the City University, London and Legislative drafting from the University of London ( in view) all in the United Kingdom. He has attended, courses at Harvard, London School of Economics and Political Science, Institute of Advanced Legal Studies in Nigeria as well as a specialist course on Contract Administration from the International Law and Legal Studies from the Georgetown University, United States of America. He has just completed his PhD in law at the University of Bradford, in the United Kingdom.
