As a Charge nurse at Garden site 3 Community Health post, I manage the day to day operations of the health post by supervising , mentoring and Prescribing of Antiretroviral Drugs to Recipients of care , ensuring Linkage to care is done , indexing ,retention , overing focused antenatal care , Early infant diagnosis , Family planning, Adolescent health, immunizations of under five children as per schedule and diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases and general medical conditional . i have been described y colleagues as an individual who is resourceful ,hardworking trustworthy and reliable.
