    Statement of main Duties• Recruitment and Selection – ensuring all recruitment activities in the Authority are requisitioned and approval granted, drafting job advertisements, short listing, interviewing, reference checking and induction (on-boarding) of new employees.• Performance Management System – ensuring Senior Managers have signed performance contracts and performance results are collated bi-annual and kept on file and HR System. Monitoring and managing of training and development plans.• Disciplinary and Grievance handling – advise and guide employees on the grievance and disciplinary procedures, conducting disciplinary meetings and hearings as and when required in line with employment law and HR policies and procedures.• Human Resource Information System - administer the Authority’s payroll as an end user and ensuring the Human Resource Manager approves all HR payroll requisitions, maintain up to date HR records.• Managing employee leave – Develop annual leave schedules, keeping track of leave balances, ensuring leave is taken at the organization’s convenient time and ensuring that all organizational procedures concerning leave are properly followed.• Coordinator and Administrator of Employee Welfare - Coordinates and administers the organization’s Medical Scheme and Group Life Assurance (GLA) policy in the Authority for both in-house and in liaison with service providers.• Contract Management: Administer and manage both contracts for service ,and contracts of service for Senior Managers. • Fleet Management – Coordinates all transport logistics and fuel management in the Authority.• General Human Resource and Administrative Support
