Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) managing, designing, scheduling and overseeing Cyber Security and IT Security Program services and guidelines.

Responsible for supporting all IT enterprise and operational architectural efforts. Facilitates and develop the creation and support of enterprise architecture function/programs in alignment with APS business and Information Services strategies. The incumbent helps develop and present complex technical architecture solutions utilizing various visual methods, data, and process models in order to support planning and decision making. Develop business case justifications; and helps oversee deployment and implementation of these IT solutions as well as their daily operation as an internal consultant to IS managers and staff.

Sr. Network Engineer/Project Lead – Provides subject matter expertise in the areas of Network Engineering to include, network security, network design, and network integration/migration. Responsible for analyzing customer requirements, producing detailed network engineering and network security designs. Support the build out of cloud computing in RedHat Enterprise Linux Storage Area Network (SAN) environment. Provide SME support to solving complex/related integration, administration & user issues. Provide analysis for implementation techniques and tools for the most efficient solution to network /system problems. Maintain technical expertise in all areas of network and computer hardware and software interconnection and interfacing, such as routers, switches, SANs, fiber channels and firewalls.

Provided technical leadership for LM Contract Network Team and serve as Principle Engineer supporting production network.

Responsible for managing 24x7 network operations service center for monitoring, all network and server devices for the agency. provided support through technical consultancy to government agencies to manage daily projects involving direct customer support, design, VPN/GRE, security and telco engineering team collaboration and core network and workgroup equipment implementations and configurations.
