Research And Impact Manager
CurrentPartners in Health (PIH) is an international organization working in more than 10 countries in the world in providing health care services. In Malawi, PIH works hand in hand with the Ministry of Health in Neno District. In this role, I perform the following duties:Detailed Scope of work:Provide technical support in quantitative research tool design, programming, and data collection.Support research-related activities including protocol development, Institutional Review Board (IRB) applications, literature reviews, study design, data collection instruments, management, data analysis, preparation of abstracts, posters, oral presentations and publications.Design and conduct relevant research as assigned by PIH/APZU leadership Support analysis of data using statistical softwares such as STATA, R, PowerBIUse research results to write reports, manuscripts and reviews and present findings in appropriate forums including conferences.Participate in local and international dissemination activitiesSupport the creation of presentations/posters in readiness for research dissemination Conduct impact evaluation of PIH project/programs as assigned by PIH/APZU leadership Build research capacity for staff including supporting background literature searches, basic data analysis, editing and writing manuscripts, drafting conference abstracts,Give input to the review of research proposals
