In 2004 Centale (a public company) acquired my first startup called Solarbaybies Inc. and hired me as CTO. There I developed new technologies and products while managing creative staff and facilities at the Philadelphia satellite office. Upon joining Centale I became a major shareholder and maintained a seat on the Board of Directors. During my time at Centale I started a spinoff company called Advance Theory Inc. which was also acquired by Centale in 2005.
