My work experiences comes from the Information and Communications Technology sector. I have spent time in the Telecommunications as well as IT environments. I have lectured and I have had a stint as a Consultant. I have researched and wrote a dissertation report as part of MBA studies on the subject of turnaround management and how to make the turnaround stick for business sustainability.Also researched and wrote a dissertation report as part of the MCom in Project Management on the requisite competencies to run and offer project management as a business line.I have been building competencies in the area of Enterprise Architecture as a springboard to unleash services and products in a timely fashion.Specialties: Strategy Facilitation; Strategy Development; Strategy Implementation; Corporate Performance Management; Project Management; Programme Management and Portfolio Management; Product Development and Business Models.
