Developed and maintained data pipelines and systems for collecting information from over 1,000 Battery Management Systems (BMS). These pipelines facilitated the seamless transfer of data to various consumers, including a mobile application for retrieving State of Charge (SOC) data from batteries and supporting operational functions within the business. Real-time monitoring of battery errors was enabled through the utilization of a time-series database, InfluxDB. Additionally, key performance indicators (KPIs) were visualized on dashboards using the collected data. Implemented APIs allowed consumers to interact with the BMS and access the stored data efficiently. Technologies utilized include Python, Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, Apache Flink, Telegraf, GitLab, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Prefect for data engineering tasks.
