His past clients have included Senator Jeff Merkley (OR), Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib (MI), Congressman Henry Cuellar (TX), the Washington House Democratic Caucus as well as numerous municipal and regional campaigns nationwide.Moses has also provided his expertise to the local and state Democratic Party on a volunteer basis. He recently was the Fundraising Chair for the Multnomah County Democratic Party (the largest county in Oregon), as a member of the Democratic Party of Oregon (DPO) State Central Committee, as the Chair-appointed member on the DPO Rules Committee and as a member of the DPO President's Council. Moses has been a National Delegate representing Oregon at three Democratic National Conventions, proudly representing Sec. Hillary Clinton twice in 2008 and 2016 and President Joe Biden in 2020.

    Multnomah County is required every six years to review their charter (bylaws) by members of the community appointed by the State Representative and State Senator from each district within the county. Our committee was tasked to review the MultCo charter and our recommended changes were placed on the November 2016 ballot for MultCo voters for their review and approval. We sent five changes to voters; Campaign Finance Reform for county elections, changing the Sheriff from Elected to Appointed, changes to current Term Limits for elected county officials, changes to how the Charter Review Committee is managed and allowing commissioners to run for Chair without having to resign. I'm the proudest of the Campaign Finance Reform changes as I originally introduced it for consideration. Voters passed it overwhelmingly with an 89% "YES" percentage.
