As the Lead for Digital Communications at MSF Bangladesh, I oversaw various responsibilities such as content creation, analytics, community management, paid ads, graphic design, video edits, and social listening. I actively contributed to MSF's crisis advocacy efforts, addressing pressing issues like the WFP ration Cut and the prevalence of Scabies in Camps while maintaining a strong position in the Rohingya crisis context. I provided contextual advice on social media use and trends to shape MSF Bangladesh's social media strategy. Additionally, I proactively identified and mitigated potential mis-/disinformation surrounding MSF Bangladesh's medical activities, coordinating and amplifying content through a network of 15 social media ambassadors.

Produced 20+ audiovisuals, 3 storybooks, and coordinated 2 media visits, amplifying IRC's message. Developed communication plans for projects funded by ECHO, GAC, UNFPA, BPRM, SV, UNICEF, USAID, BHA, and other prestigious organizations. Led crisis communication efforts, organized high-profile field visits. Managed media inquiries, ensured accurate representation, and maintained positive relations. Streamlined content gathering with a diverse team. Aligned communication strategy with the Strategic Action Plan, increasing social media presence.

Oversaw digital communications and executed the #stayhome campaign, reaching 500,000+ people to improve online presence and engagement during COVID-19. Maintained strong media relationships, resulting in 40+ media mentions for OKUP and authored 5+ press releases, increasing visibility and media coverage. Produced a 6-part documentary series in Mauritius for migrant workers, providing informative and compelling content. Authored an article titled 'My father is not a statistic' for a global platform, sharing personal perspectives and raising awareness. Produced 20+ IEC materials and campaigns, including 10+ documentaries, while contributing to the development of communication plans for EC, Helvetas, and GFEMS-funded projects, enhancing communication strategies and outreach.
